Provider and eligibility

Unprompted is provided by Finn Strehl, Kaiser-Friedrich-Ring 142, 40547 Düsseldorf, Germany. Contact: strehldevs@gmail.com.

You must be at least 16 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian where applicable, and be legally able to agree to these terms.

The service

Unprompted is a same-room party game. Players join by room code, import card bundles they chose to create with a third-party AI service, make guesses, and see shared results. Gameplay uses an anonymous technical account rather than an email-and-password profile.

Your content and conduct

You remain responsible for card text, display names, and anything else you provide. Only submit content you have the right to use and share. Do not submit unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, or malicious content, and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

By importing cards, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process and display that content only as needed to operate the room, show results, secure the service and meet legal duties. The right ends when the data is deleted, except where retention is legally required.

Other players and AI providers

Room content is shown to the other players. Choose your room and imported cards accordingly. AI providers are separate services: Unprompted does not control their output, availability, terms or privacy practices and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every device, network, AI-generated bundle or room will work without error. We may maintain, update, limit or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by a new effective date.

Liability

Statutory liability applies without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, fraudulent concealment, and liability under mandatory product-liability law. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual duty and only for the foreseeable loss typical for this kind of service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Termination

You may stop using Unprompted at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect players, the service or third parties, or where these terms or law are breached. Room and account data are deleted according to the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.

Law and disputes

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections and available courts in your country of residence remain unaffected.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
